This movie is PG-13 for a bad slang or two, no F-Bombs or Sh**. The action doesn’t get real graphic, but the monsters are kind of scary for any children under 9 or so. DisappointingVisually beautiful and the acting was very good. Movie script was extremely disappointing. Very slow at the beginning, confusing in the middle and rushed at the end. As others have commented, characters were mixed from the book and compressed all the storylines into a single film possibly explaining the uneven story.
