The film follows the life of famous 1970s runner Steve Prefontaine from his youth days in Oregon to the University of Oregon where he worked with the legendary coach Bill Bowerman, later to Olympics in Munich and his early death at 24 in a car crash.

I dislike this movieI think prefontaine was better. The races seemed more real, they didn't have the slow motion in them. The characters looked about the same as they did in real life. Jared Leto played a better Steve Prefontiane i don't care what you say. Prefontaine was made first they just stole the idea and tried to make a better movie. All they did was through hollywood at it and changed it into a movie not a legend. The special effects within this film draw you away from the track. Inspiring and on fireI was searching around for a movie I have never seen that I hoped was good. Then somehow I came across WITHOUT LIMITS and I rented it. I am so happy that i did! It is by far one of the greatest, inspirational movies I have ever seen! I ended up buying it! It is a winner!
