A deadly virus has spread across the globe. Contagion is everywhere, no one is safe, and no one can be trusted. Captain Kirk needs to stay on the EnterpriseIt flows and the acting isn't bad. It shows you the darker side of people and what they will do to survive, without being a gorefest. The plot isn't original, the story is open ended, and the characters are one dimensional. It's watchable and even worth buying...if it was under $10..Score: 3/5
Not what I thoughtI was expecting something a little different. I thought that they would actually be fighting zombie creatures or whatever. However, it is other people, humans, that people in this movie have to worry about. Survival. How far would people go to survive the conditions of the world they are now in? Despite that it was different than what I thought. I still really liked it. It was a well made movie and the acting was good, not great. The reason for only 3 stars is because it wasn't an awesome movie. It doesn't rank up in my top 10 or 20 movies... I didn't find anything wrong with the movie for my particular tastes and interest. I just don't think it is worthy, in comparison to many other incredible and awesome movies, to have more than 3 stars. But, don't let that stop you from watching the movie. If a movie has 3 or more stars on it. Then I think a person considering it should go ahead and give the movie a try..Score: 3/5

Carriers movieI am not one to typically write reviews on iTunes. Despite this, I am compelled to give my opinion on this movie because the current top-ranked review is by JsnBrtt and it is only one star. I feel that the movie deserves better a representation than this. The movie was not scary like I thought it would be, despite the trailer's frightening portrayal of the incidents that occur. It was very short, too. The acting, however, was incredible, and the plot was simple. The movie was easy to follow and interesting. I wish I could have rented it instead of buying it, but I don't regret spending the $10.00 on it at all. So don't be misconceived or misguided. Watch the movie, it is very much worth your time :).Score: 5/5
Actually takes whatI'll be honest, the best part about 28 days later was not the rabid rage-infected zombites (not quite zombie/not quite human), but more the circumstances surrounding the survivalists struggling to maintain themselves amidst the sordid affair. I don't quite agree that this in any way resembles 28 days, but since most posters have leaned on it as jumping point for their review I can say it shares one similarity. The world has been infected with an all-consuming virus. It's untreatable, highly contagious and has plowed through the walls of disease control leading to a decay of both society and civilization. There you have it. The common thread. A virus. Many movies have gone there and many more will continue to do so. The movie's real weakness is that it floats in the shallow end of it's subject matter. Don't let that deter you, still a good watch, which combined with a strong cast, leads to a good overall experience. Chris Pine delivers a strong performance, channeling all the charisma and character he's known for in Star Trek while bringing some additional weakness and inner turmoil we've yet to see from him. Don't expect zombies chasing people while they blindfire and flail their arms about. Do expect an ending that leaves you somewhat unsatisfied, but not so much you regret watching it in the first place..Score: 4/5

Don't understand the bad reviews...huh!?I missed what the negative reviews were getting at and actually found this movie surprisingly good and not what I thought may be some low budget survivor junk. It got one thinking about one's humanity and how desperate times and situations can cause one to abandoind the norms and what is perceived as acceptable in society. Good job!.Score: 4/5
BoringThis movie was based on an exelent idea and was amazingly acted. Problam is that the story didn't go anywere and no emotional connection is made between the audience and the charactors. At the end of the movie you don't care what happens your just hoping it's more exiting than the rest of the film, but nothing happens the credits just start rolling at a random point..Score: 2/5
An extremely realistic view on apocalipseThis is a good movie. But the message can be missed, its not all about the rules as stated through out the movie its about breaking the rules. And the writer broke his major infection rules which really disappointed me with the inconsistency. If you dont pay attention to detail and dont follow the story exactly you'll love this movie but when a 3 second touch can infect and a 5 minute bear huge wrestle doesn't check your story and maybe next time pay attention to detail. That alone kept this 3 star movie from a 5 star..Score: 3/5

CarriersGreat cast, great acting, brain numbing script. Basically a brainless horror flick where the besieged characters don't have the sense to stop fighting amongst themselves, split up all the time for unbelievable reasons & don't have any redeeming character traits. Basically, it's a movie where you skip the dialogue & fast forward to the scenes where someone gets killed. Too bad since it was well shot & the cast was great. They did however get my $10 (sob) so maybe they know what they are doing after all..Score: 2/5
