For low attention spans...don't watch!In reading most reviews from people I notice they just want action, special effects, and lots of noise...especially if you have a low attention span the truly great movies get over looked or bad reviews. It takes too much for some to look past the wow and see the actual message behind the movie or more going on. Some of the best movies ever made have gotten the worst reviews. This movie was good. Something is wrong.I don't know if it is the man eating grandma or the mindless zombies called "angels", but this movie was pure awful. If you have nothing else to do, then go do something else. It is not worth your time to watch this movie. The story line makes no sense, some of the worst acting I have ever seen, and also the worst writing ever. Whoever wrote this script....was half asleep. Ridiculous"The Archangel Michael (Bettany) falls to Earth in Los Angeles, cuts off his wings, and raids a police arsenal for a cache of automatic weapons. Confronted by two LAPD officers, one becomes possessed and kills the other. Michael kills the possessed cop and steals his car." I actually liked it...I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad. i watched this with a few friends and we weren't expecting to like it. to be honest, it was really late and there wasn't any other movie starting at the hour so we bought a ticket for this one. it might be classified as horror, but its more of an action suspense. if you like the whole end of the world scenerio and you wanna see some really great looking graphics and action, you should definitely watch this movie. What to say...tsk, tsk...I have this 1 stars only because I liked the actors in it, the old lady scene and some of the special effects. But seriously, the plot that God would actually put humans through this, especially innocent humans and small children really bothered me! The ending did not make sense, for was it all to teach one angel a lesson?
