Jaws!!!!!First I got to address a reviewer: the director was Steven Spielberg and Peter Benchley wrote the book. It saddens me that this great movie is in the condition it’s in. Subtitles not on my copy.Of course Jaws is an amazing movie! However, I wanted to write this quick review for anyone who read other reviews about the movie having foreign subtitles. I bought this during the 'Blockbuster July' deal on iTunes (July 30, 2016). I wasn't able to sit down and watch the whole thing yet, but I did fast forward through to a couple of scenes where they were erecting signs or showing the reward signs and my copy had no foreign subtitles. It looks like this issue is no longer. So if you were thinking about buying it but were a little hesitant because of reviews complaining about the foreign subtitles... Greedy companyOnce again iTunes is asking an overinflated price for a heavily compressed movie. Available for $4.99 on blu-ray at Walmart. For those that are not aware, blu-ray quality is 3 times clearer then ITunes crappy version..Left888Score: 1/5

Simply AmazingJaws is one of my top ten movies. Very suspenseful and one of the greatest movie scores ever conducted. One of Steven Speilberg's best movies. Movie is In EnglishJust rented this movie, which I've been waiting for itunes to add for a while now. I was nervous to purchase it since the trailer is in French so I decided to rent it first. The rental is most definitely in English, so I'm guessing it's the same when you purchase it. Watched this movie when I was eight years old and it's become a classic to me (although I refused to swim in open water for years after watching it) Great cast and more memorable than many of the shark movies I've seen to date..CphotographerScore: 4/5

Great movie - bad for sharksI was 5 when this came out and cried and stamped my feet because I couldn't see it in cinemas (It was rated 14+). When I finally did see it years later I was thrilled and scared witless but thoroughly enthralled by Spielberg's adaptation of Benchley's work. Truly a movie for the ages. The one part that makes me sad is just how idiotic people behaved towards sharks after the movie's release in 1975. I remember reading a story in the news paper of people in Florida stomping on hammerhead babies that had been inadvertently whelped when their mother had been hauled out of the ocean by a fisherman's boat. That's part of Jaws' legacy is its ability to play on our irrational, despicable side while entertaining us nonetheless..Jonesca1970Score: 5/5
