My Darling Clementine Film Synopsis
Wyatt Earp and his brothers Morgan and Virgil ride into Tombstone and leave brother James in charge of their cattle herd. On their return they find their cattle stolen and James dead. Wyatt takes on the job of town marshal, making his brothers deputies, and vows to stay in Tombstone until James' killers are found. He soon runs into the brooding, coughing, hard-drinking Doc Holliday as well as the sullen and vicious Clanton clan. Wyatt discovers the owner of a trinket stolen from James' dead body and the stage is set for the Earps' long-awaited revenge.

Great movie, sound out of syncThis is a classic, wonderful cast, not true to life story.
The only problem is my rental had some sync problems with some of the

95% BS story, terrible audioThe story is pure nonsense and is totally at odds with history as was clearly known at the time. Considering that an elderly Wyatt Earp actually told the story to the young John Ford directly, there is no excuse for the nonsense. One can tack things on, such as the ficticious Clementine and one expects a few diversions from fact for dramatic purposes, but this is a story of pure make-believe in which Ford inserted famous names.
The audio is terrible, with truly bizarre filtering. The weird unsynchronized music is definitely strange, particularly at the end..Furutan1Score: 2/5

Terrible audioThe voices cannot be heard. While the sound of someone throwing a poker chip on the table sounds like an atom bomb. In other words...some genius tried to remix this mono film for “surround sound” and iTunes runs it in mono. Als bei Hollidays aktueller Geliebter, der Sängerin Chihauahua, ein Schmuckstück auftaucht, das früher James gehörte, bestätigt sich Earps Verdacht gegen die Clanton-Sippe. Es kommt zum großen Showdown am O.K. Corral.
