Good Sci-Fi filmIf you're truly a sci-fi fan then you'll probably appreciate After Earth. The story is good and centered around father and his son bonding through life and death moments. It Hasn’t Gotten Better For ShyamalanEver so slightly a small improvement from The Last Airbender, After Earth is yet another huge disappointment from M. Night Shyamalan, featuring dull moments of every aspect—a dull script, a dull concept, dull direction and even duller performances (maybe because Will Smith spends literally 90% of the picture sitting in a chair). The Fall of M. Night is becoming an even more depressing tragedy.

This movie has no spirit!This movie movie has no spirit...period! For the folks who really "enjoyed" it, I forgive you for wearing your "shades" while viewing the movie.
On the other hand, I saw Jaden in a "rap" video and he did pretty good, but when it comes to movie acting, he has no talent unless a role would call for silence and a look of innocence...sorry, kid, but sometimes the apple tree produces small apples...plus, when they fall to the ground, they roll far alway from the tree--down the hill--and into a meadow full of orange and walnut trees..Berkeley RoosterScore: 1/5
