Inside Out Description

Growing up can be a bumpy road, and it's no exception for Riley, who is uprooted from her Midwest life when her father starts a new job in San Francisco. Like all of us, Riley is guided by her emotions – Joy (Amy Poehler), Fear (Bill Hader), Anger (Lewis Black), Disgust (Mindy Kaling) and Sadness (Phyllis Smith). The emotions live in Headquarters, the control center inside Riley’s mind, where they help advise her through everyday life. As Riley and her emotions struggle to adjust to a new life in San Francisco, turmoil ensues in Headquarters. Although Joy, Riley's main and most important emotion, tries to keep things positive, the emotions conflict on how best to navigate a new city, house and school.
Girl cleaning windows of an Oxford St store catches the eye of a guy in the street who larks about much to her amusement

The traditional home is changing as the boundaries between house and garden blur. Now architect Zac Monro, engineer Monty Ravenscroft and gardener Rosie Bines use imagination, technology and ingenuity to tear down the walls of seven houses across Britain, creating homes and outside spaces that unlock the potential of living inside and out like never before.

We watched this movie in my health class during our mental health unit. Our teacher used it to show us what happens when we let joy slip away and that sadness can be a good thing.

It's filled with happiness/sadness/disgust/anger. It was such a heart-warming movie, it's worth buying. Disney makes me feel so emotional inside, I don't know how they do it.

A great movie with unforgettable characters, an unpredictable story, clever and hilarious writing and beautiful animation. I honestly don't understand why people hate this movie. It's not boring at all, which people with short attention spans say it is. It's not meant to be a dumb kids comedy, it's meant to be taken seriously. Sure this concept has been done before, but it has a lot of originality and gives an idea for how our minds work. Other Pixar movies have done the same thing, which is why I don't get why this is an exception. Don't listen to the hate, and only idiots use the word overrated.
