Pleasantly Surprised.Gave this cartoon a try after hearing my niece talk about it. Love everything about it so far! After watching all of the episodes that have aired up this point, I say Steven Universe and Star vs the Forces of Evil are the top 2 American animated cartoon shows right now. Star Butterfly is a StarStar vs. the Forces of Evil looks like another Disney hit. The true āstarā of this show are the character designers and animators who give Star Butterfly her hyper-personality. The character is drawn very expressively and her face gives off every emotion she is feeling. Also, big credit to the voice of Star, Eden Sher, for giving the character life. Iāve never seen a cartoon so utterly dependent on the title character for its bread and butter. Thatās not to say that the rest of the show or characters donāt hold their own, though. Starās partner in crime, Marco (Adam McArthur), does an admirable job trying to keep up with her and the showās humor is goofy and surreal at times. All and all, a great show so far..Score: 5/5

I like itIt needs more in depth character and story development but I like almost every episode so far and due to the last (and one of the greatest episodes) I'm on the edge of my seat for what will happen in the next season! Star is a very energetic and spontaneous meuny and watching Marco trying to teach her and going on adventures is fun. If you don't like fast moving videos then this might not be for you through..Score: 4/5
