Apple important peopleI'm45 yrs but all I do is watch tv by choice. I know good from bad programming. This one I want to like, but still fencing on. So much potential. Only person who interested me is the addict, b/c going thru detox is going to change, this change will either cripple him, or he'll find out that behavior he was leading was already present, and the only thing that kept him from dying when he od'ed in ep 1. At the pace of a walker, they’re getting thereAs a die hard follower of the original series the debut of this new brand of show started a bit slow and seemed very tamed considering the momentum form the beginnings of the original series. Fear The Walking Dead with a lot less intensity that its original series was not starting off as well as its predecessor. however, with that said beginning 2 to 3 episodes ago things have been picking up nicely. The writing and characters are developing well and the drama that i so loved from the original series has been manifested in these latter episodes and I’m thankful because i was getting ready to bail out. I’m sure they will get it together and rise to the standard of The Walking Dead..Score: 4/5
Solid (but short) first seasonI've never watching the Walking Dead and I only watched this because Alycia Debnam Carey is in it. I'm usually not a huge fan of zombies either, but this is a great show. I can understand where the negative reviews are coming from. There isn't always a ton of action, but keep in mind that season 1 is only six episodes long. I'm assuming they did it that way to introduce the characters and get a better idea of if people were actually going to watch the show. With that being said it is an enjoyable show, and season 2 will probably be much better..Score: 4/5

Pure BrillianceI love anything The Walking Dead. This series starts slow on purpose, people. Quit complaining or quit watching. It's to show the beginning of the end. It doesn't happen overnight. Duh. It's also a character introduction. I personally LOVE it, as do real fans of the stories. People that complain aren't real fans. If you want instant gore, go watch a zombie movie. I recommend anything by George Romero..Score: 5/5
