Oh stopI am Catholic and I throughly enjoyed this program! First- this Lucifer is a comic book version. This is in no way a show meant to teach religion. Will I let my impresionable 9 year old watch it? No. But as a mature adult, I thought it was fantastic. Cannot wait for season 2. I have long been a fan of Tom Ellis, his stage performaces are amazing, and he has a comedic timing that he sharpened while playing in Miranda. He is a brilliant actor. The premise is good, the writing is witty, the acting is amazing. There is nothing to complain about here. To the people saying “the evangelical crowd will complain”, there will always be some over zealous nut job who needs to force his or her belief on others who will shout about this simply based on the name without ever even giving the show a chance. I’m so glad I didnt miss out on this just because of my faith, thankfully, my faith is strong enough not to be influenced by a program meant purely for entertainment, not for teaching morals or religious doctrine!!!!!.Score: 5/5

Wish more would give it a chance.I realize for some, the title alone is a religious taboo, but like many other fictional tales, it's a fresh take on a story that truly makes you examine desire and the drama it could mean in your own life. The acting is great, the story-writing is well done and offers something for people who love fantasy stories and drama alike. Please give this a chance, and you'll see it doesn't so much touch on the taboo but rather offer a fresh take on a story, just like many other fantasy dramas on TV now, with a central character that is deep enough to hopefully offer several seasons worth of character and story exploration..Score: 5/5
Cool premise!I love the uniqueness of this show! The devil, who thinks he is super cool, is viewed by others as a bit off plumb. 😁 He’s not without being handy to the police & he’s unfiltered attitude is hilarious. Then we find out he can sing! Wowzer! Can he ever! Can’t wait to see what direction this will lead..Score: 5/5
