Consistently appealing, polished and brightA far cry from Marvel's Agents of Shield, and way more fun than Arrow -- Supergirl is more like The Flash in its bright, positive tone and slick VFX. It's a welcome change from the dark, gritty, BLEAK, hyperviolent comicbook movies seen at the cinema. So far they've kept SG and company strictly "PG" and suitable for children, with minimal profanity and lewdness. The producers have thankfully ignored the fanboy pigs who continue to wail and rage that SG doesn't look like a pornstar..Score: 4/5

There are very few shows out there that a family can watch and that they have a positive role model for girls. Please keep up the good work. What happened to cheaper SD episodes?Just bought episode 18 in SD (only $1.99, and less than 700MB of space on my old MacbookPro). Went back to buy Ep.19... But all of a sudden, episodes 1-17 show up in SD, then the list starts over at Pilot and goes to Ep.20, but only in HD. So 1-17 SD, 1-20 HD. 18-20 WERE in SD a day ago. i'm not paying an extra buck per episode and run out of drive space. Can I please buy SD?.Score: 5/5
Misandry FilledI've been watching this with my pre-teen daughter and in general, it's acceptable although no where near the quality of the Flash. However, I have to pause playback nearly episode to let my daughter know that the hatred and contempt of men expressed by the Cat Grant character is unacceptable. Such misandry is not who we are. And it's not at all obvious why Kara has such regard for such a bigot. I could also do without the virtue signaling "Supergirl is a refugee." politics..Score: 3/5

Lame, the stupidest thing on tv.I can not believe how stupid this show is. It's dumb. It was dreadful getting through this season! It's the same thing every episode. Super girl meets a new bad guy, she tries to beat the bad guy, she fails, I laugh, she goes to work, she cries to the guy she loves and the guy that loves her, her annoying boss tells her to do something, she goes home, she talks to her half sister, she goes to fight the bad guy, she wins, I say 'ummm, this is like exactly what happened in the last episode...' The characters stink, the sloppy script is full of not funny cheesy jokes, half the actors can't act. Another thing that annoys me is the fact that she is supposed to be a strong female character, but honestly she's a weak whinny brat. She can't even do anything on her own! Don't waste your time with this garbage, it's so bad! Super Stupid!.Score: 1/5

Worth the wait!I purchased the series two weeks ago because I'd heard good things about it. The first two episodes didn't give me much hope; but man, did it get good quickly after that! You have to be invested in having an excellent story told to you in 40 minute increments, and investing into the third episode makes the entire series worth the wait.
