Best season everThis might be a shocker, but we don’t watch the show for Elena, we watch it for Damon. I don’t think the show will get boring because the love triangle was getting annoying and it leaves more space for a REAL PLOT!.Score: 5/5

It is still strong and interesting!!!!Yes Elena not being on there has changed the show, but it didn't bring it down! Last season, there wasn't a love triangle between Stefan,Damon,and Elena anymore! Stefan was exploring his relationship with Caroline. And while Elena was a lead character, so is Damon and Stefan! The story didn't follow around just her, it followed all three of them! The only way it truly impacts the show is Damon and his heartbreak. But they are finding ways to have the characters move on! I MEAN CAROLINE IS FREAKING PREGNANT!!! Sorry didn't mean to spoil, but that BLEW MY MIND!!! The show is still keeping me at the edge of my seat every episode! This is my favorite show and I highly recommend it because it is worth the watch!.Score: 5/5

Not Sure How This Will WorkNina Dobrev's leave from the show was like taking Daniel Radcliffe out of the Harry Potter movies; it just doesn't work. I sincerely hope that they will try to make this season awesome, I just fail to see how they can continue without Elena. We will see..Score: 3/5
Heretics have to go....ruining the show!Ok so they took one bad actress out (whose only benefit to the show was her on screen/off screen chemistry with Damon) and replaced her with three bad actresses (Lily's family/heretics)....what is the benefit in that!? Honestly Dobrevs acting would have been better if she actually acted instead of just posed for every scene, it seemed like she was always more interested in how she will look on screen than her actual role/acting and she was always hyper sexual so her character was portrayed as very superficial & shallow which made it hard to relate to her. That said, she has the potential to be a great actress with the right kind of coaching & dedication to the role rather than promoting herself..Score: 5/5

Mixed feelingsNow I'm not going to lie, the whole idea of the vampire diaries is really good. I've been a fan since forever, but this season might've been my least favorite. Yes, it may be partially true because Nina Dobrev is not in the season, but it's not just that. They're reusing ideas over and over again and the climax isn't really that suspenseful as before. I loved the idea of the heretics and rayna, but that's just not executed very well. Also, the "vault" or armory or whatever is just like the tomb from season one..Score: 3/5

I was sad to see that they didn't have season 7 on Netflix yet but that is why I'm watching it on here.. I absolutely love season 7 well... The first episode.. Might be daggeredYou've got some work to do to regain what's been lost, and I think it's more than just because one character is gone. This show was always a 5 and had us waiting for the next one. I see 3 eps available for download from back in December and I'm not sure I've got the time for this now. In the past that situation would have been like finding the last candy on earth. Just sayin. No new episodes- fault lies with ITV2Unless I’m very much mistaken iTunes can’t make episodes available in the UK until ITV2 has screened them first and as far as I know ITV2 hasn’t screened an episode since December. So, the problem lies with ITV2. Not sure why they haven’t screened any new episodes as I believe America has. Just an update - ITV 2 will start showing the series again with episode 9 on Wednesday 8th June so they should be available after then. Not sure why ITV have taken so long to sure the remainder of the season though..Score: 4/5
