Good idea, bad price.I think they're a little late with this one. I bought the DVD Disney® put out a year or so ago and it had the entire schoolhouse rock collection on it. I can't think of a single reason to buy any of these now. My kids can watch them on my laptop simply by inserting the DVD, and I can't see buying a video iPod so my kids can walk around playing "Conjunction Junction" over and over again..Score: 2/5
So sad-I understand that Itunes has to py royalties, so they must charge, but the rights holders are taking advantage of what was once free. So sad-.Score: 3/5
So much for altruismWould be five stars save for the price (gets more than one star only because its the best thing ever to appear on television). This show was created out of pure altruism and sought to teach children knowledge and values beyond the 30 seconds toy commercials. Sad to see that all the good will that created the show has been washed over by corporate greed. Just see the lame "economics" episodes made the 80s to understand why nothing this good has been made since..Score: 2/5

Hey, where is the rest? These are great for kids both big and small but the price is really too high. And they don't include some of the ones I remember, like the one about the 19th Amendment. These computer disks are still available from educational companies for a lot cheaper and you get a set of other disk too with them..Score: 2/5

Next they'll be charging us for commercials...Obviously these should be free. For that matter, so should the Disney cartoons created back in the 30's & 40's. No sensible order of episodesTo openly oppose some reviewers, my kids are now 6 and 8 and have loved these videos for a few years. I have the Special 30th Anniversary Edition DVD set that includes 46 episodes. ThisDVD set has all of these episodes actually placed in a very logical order. The original episodes from the 70s are grouped into logical series called Grammar Rock, Multiplication Rock, America Rock, and Science Rock. There is also an additional group of episodes from the 90s called Money Rock. Now in digital format on iTunes, there are now 3 volumes sold BUT there is no logical learning order. You cannot show your kids Multiplication Rock (which my kids still love) starting with the number 0, then 2, then 3, then 4, etc. like they can watch on the DVD. Nor can they sit down and watch all the grammar episodes together. To me this does make sense, EXCEPT possibly from a seller’s view of mashing them all together to get nostalgic buyers to purchase all three volumes to get their favorites that have been strategically dispersed among the volumes. As much as I love these videos, I will have to stick with my original DVD set. The slogan to Schoolhouse Rock has always been “Knowledge is Power”. Learning is easier, and lessons are more powerful when the knowledge is grouped together..Score: 3/5
TOO EXPENSIVE- forget it!I love the School house rock, but these are just way too expensive. very disapointed, itunes 99 cents would be much better because these are so short and no one wants to pay 1.99 for eduational (but cute) 3 minutes "videos" I THINK I PRETTY MUCH SPEAK FOR ALL OF US WHEN I SAY LOWER THE PRICE. many more people would buy them. koko.Score: 1/5
