We love it..,I'm sure people are used to Chip and Joanna Gaines but this is a really nice complement to HGTV and they do a really nice job fixing on these old houses specifically in their hometown. I hope there is a second season. We love this program!!.Score: 5/5

Not Your Average Fixer UpperI like this show a lot because unlike Fixer Upper this couple renovates and sticks with the historical charm and personality of the houses they reno in a small town in Mississippi. The renovation budgets seem more true to life than F.U.'s. She knows her colors and way around the blue prints--she obviously has a background in design. He is a true craftsman inside the workshop and workspace. The piano turned drafting table is awesome! My only concern is that the two of them are such low key personalities (with added pun-laced dialogue and great senses of humor, and she's as cute as a button.) I don't find myself running to see the next episode like I do for F.U. or Rehab Addict back in the day. I hope HGTV will renew their contracts and come up with some ideas to make it more perky. Perhaps some kids will add some fun to the show(?).Score: 5/5
