Retta Kills ItAs far as series premieres go, this was a good one. Retta's scenes as a mother fighting for her daughter brought tears to my eyes, and I loved the support between her character and her character's spouse. As for the other actresses, the one played the part of betrayed spouse spiraling well, and, while the sister character's only sympathetic points came from her defense of Sadie and then handling a sexually harrassing boss (later abuser), I have a feeling she'll grow on me. I look forward to watching the rest of the season. (Oh, yes. My review would have been a 4, but I saw the misogynistic conservatives are at it again, so...).Score: 5/5
