Diggle is determined to see his brother's killer dead, with or without Ollie's help. Meanwhile, Laurel takes drastic steps to protect a young witness, exacerbating friction between Tommy and Oliver. Later Roy Harper unconventionally pursues all leads to find his new hero, but runs afoul of Detective Lance. Back on the island, Oliver recalls how Shado helped him incrementally gain confidence with a bow and hit the target for the first time..

Arrow hits the Bullseye!Arrow had an amazing 8 years run (despite it’s highest of highs and lowest of lows). Seasons 1-2, 5 and 8 were amazing. 6 and 7 were good, 3 was okay, but 4 was horrible. But that doesn’t stop this show from being amazing. Stephen is fantastic as Green Arrow, and David and Co. were perfect!! I loved how it starts an entire multiverse of shows. The action sequences are very well choreographed, some of the best action sequences on TV. It had a very strong beginning, and a very satisfying end. I’m gonna miss watching Stephen kick butt as Oliver Queen on my screen. This show will always be one of the greatest DC Shows of all time!!! He did not fail this city, or should I say, Multiverse....Score: 5/5

Conflicted after Laurel reaches out to the Arrow asking him to investigate Sebastian Blood, Oliver is unsure whether to believe her accusations against the man he has publicly supported for mayor, but decides to trust Laurel. However, when the pair gets too close to the truth, Sebastian exposes Laurel's drug addiction and has her arrested.
