Dane CookI got Dane Cook's performance recording because I remembered that a friend had told me he was good. Being a fan of modern daily life comedy (Demitri Martin, Patton Oswalt) I though that Dane was a really poor show. It seemed like he was on cocaine trying to make people laugh by being a fool. Not pleased in the slightest with specifically his set. Others were great..Score: 1/5
Jo Koy, next Dane Cook?When I watched Jo Koy's premiere for Comedy Central Presents, I was just thinking, "Oh justin and me are just going to criticize another wannabee", but when we were watching it, the more we got into it the funnier he got! Especially: "Look at my tang tang!!!", we died laughing! and the reenactment of his mom and him on the Wii Fit? Original. To sum it up it was a true relief to see actually funny comdians such as him. I'm looking forward to more of his shows and maybe even stand up! Check it out people!.Score: 4/5

DEMETRI MARTINThis is a really good collection of stand up, but they need more, for example the stella episode. i strongly recommend demetri martin, who is really funny, you should also watch his other special demetri martin. person., or buy his cd. also, dave attell (you should know him from arrested development, because you should be watching that), and mitch hedberg and nick swardson. in conclusion, watch demetri martin, stella, and arrested development. but arrested development isn't on canadian itunes, so buy the dvds..Score: 4/5
Demetri Martin - Hilarious!I purchased the Demetri Martin special and was gald I did. Demetri Martin's unique style of comedy where he just tell joke, after un-related joke (but still somehow keeps a general theme) is absolutely hilarious. And at $1.99 it's an amazing deal. This is not comedy.I think it's time for Comedy Central to sign up some GOOD comics, the likes of Eddie Izzard, Dara O'Brain, a few more of the UK boys perhaps. This series has been pretty much hit-and-miss for me, so far. I'm still trying to figure out how Carlos Mencia even makes it to the line-up (a word of caution, make sure your speakers are turned wayyyy down when watchin 'im, he's loud and for no good reason at all). Dat Phan's set is atrocious, and there are a couple other names in this series that are just as bad. Hit an' miss, overall..Score: 2/5
