The good, bad & uglyA well crafted biography of a tempestuous man. He, like Picasso, is on the down cycle of #popularity. The artist in light of his art has been amplified by cancel culture and certainly this work and Hemingway have not escaped. I enjoyed the first episode and second and the third is tragic but still mesmerizing. I do wish that there was more context and comparison with the other great talents of that era, especially pre WW2. You have Freud, Jung, Joyce, Faulkner, Fitzgerald, Picasso, Matisse the list goes on and certainly the reaction to these masters is reflected in the next decades. All in all fascinating and well told story and history telling..Score: 5/5
