It's fine but...So reality TV show has been dried out. there is no more fresh idea to bring real entertainment for normal people. why do we have to watch very fancy house and realtors to make a deal of selling or buying? nowadays most of similar shows have missed what's important. the life style, philosophy, quality aren't all matched with what orninary people have or do. of course rich community understand what it is. but how many percent of population actually get this fancy property? even you don't have to spend that much money to have a good house. I know it. because I am an architect, and I know how to design house with reasonable budget. most of houses around hollywood are not my taste, or style. they're all out dated. in addition, owners don't seem to know what the design is. it's pity..Score: 2/5

Although real estate agents take anywhere from 2-3 percent commision on home sales it's easy to see where that money is going: gas, advertisement, client dinners, broker fees, office fees, company fees, etc. Just because you get a check for 10k or 100k doesn't mean you're out in the clear.
