First two seasons 4 stars. Third season 3 stars. 4 & 5 season 2 starsThe show started out great. It became the Starsky and Hutch of the 80's...stylistic, violent, sexy, and trend setting. The first season is the best. The second carries on the good times. The third season it is beginning to wear thin. By the fourth season you will be forcing yourself to watch it because you paid and don't want to waste your money. By the fifth season you will be contemplating suicide. The show flamed up immediately so hot that it burned itself out. It began to take the press and reviews and fame so seriously that it became a caricature of itself trying too hard to redue what it had done in the past and in the process it literally became the Starsky and Hutch of the 70's. Here today in a big way and gone just as quickly..Score: 3/5

Characters and StyleMiami Vice is a really well built series. First they chose a great setting: drugs in the gateway from South America to the USA. Then they added three-dimensional characters (even Elvis the alligator has a backstory) and finally, they layered it with period fashion and music. This series was great in the 80's and still is great now. BTW, although Don Johnson wasn't the best actor in the world, he could do "angry" very well..Score: 5/5

1984 - ‘Choice! Totally Wicked TV Show’Like, like wicked awesome show! Oh man, it was totally choice! Miami Vice ruled! For sure, like, this is a rank 80’s TV show. The preppy dude was like a major stud; like, omygod totally awesome. Most girls, spazed-out buying posters & magazines. Guys were totally stoked too, like, the show was really super rad! Every week my friends all came over to my house and watch Miami Vice because my brother didn’t act like such a total dork. A few friend’s have like totally lame brothers that totally gross us out, those idiots were seriously big skids. I wish they’d watched Miami Vice and learn how to dress. words from: a version of my 1980’s teenage self. lol 😃☺️.Score: 5/5

Seasonal FailNot sure what happened with Seasons 2 - 5, or the best episode from Season 1 [Evan], but this lack of availability forced me to go elsewhere. I'll still give this series 5 stars, because it's always been my favourite Drama growing up. If any show ever deserved a reboot, it was this one! The stories hold up, as well as the acting, and definately the music. In 2 - 3 weeks, I'll have the entire series on Bu-Ray, so this will have to do, for now..Score: 5/5

Yes! Finally Vice on Itunes!My god....im sooooo happy Miami Vice has finally made it on to itunes. In my opinion one of the best 80's TV shows of all time and without dout The best cop show of all time. A certain essential to any Vice fan like myself. Don Johnson and Philp Michael Tomas go all out in the first season and set the standard for style. I hope the other 4 seasons make it onto Itunes, personal recomendations to buy are ep 8: The Great McCarthy and ep. 20: Nobody Lives Forever.....as for me....im buying them all!.Score: 5/5

One of the best T.V shows ever!This has to be one of the best T.V programs ever... the Budget at the time was HUGE,the way it was directed,the scenery of Miami in the 80's.....so moody,and the soundtrack is so period,so many stars appear in this but before they made the big time,watch this and enjoy ,it does take 2 or 3 episodes after the pilot for the characters to "bed in" and for Castillo to arrive-Brilliant!Hope more miami vice series come to itunes..!.Score: 5/5

Why has this not been digitally cleaned up?I only watched a trailer for s1 ep1 and couldn't help noticing the transition to digital is very poor. Love it!I was born in '89, so this is the first time I've ever seen it. It really stands the test of time: the great camera work, sound track, locations, characters and costume. It's all there. At £1.49 per episode, it isnt cheap though so I have had to resort to selecting them at random in order to fuel my fascination with the 80s!.Score: 5/5
