Characters and StyleMiami Vice is a really well built series. First they chose a great setting: drugs in the gateway from South America to the USA. Then they added three-dimensional characters (even Elvis the alligator has a backstory) and finally, they layered it with period fashion and music. This series was great in the 80's and still is great now. BTW, although Don Johnson wasn't the best actor in the world, he could do "angry" very well..Score: 5/5

1984 - âChoice! Totally Wicked TV ShowâLike, like wicked awesome show! Oh man, it was totally choice! Miami Vice ruled! For sure, like, this is a rank 80âs TV show. Yes! Finally Vice on Itunes!My god....im sooooo happy Miami Vice has finally made it on to itunes. In my opinion one of the best 80's TV shows of all time and without dout The best cop show of all time. A certain essential to any Vice fan like myself. Don Johnson and Philp Michael Tomas go all out in the first season and set the standard for style. I hope the other 4 seasons make it onto Itunes, personal recomendations to buy are ep 8: The Great McCarthy and ep. 20: Nobody Lives Forever.....as for me....im buying them all!.Score: 5/5
Blu-Ray!The series itself is fantastic, I saw it on normal TV and really liked it. However, the price for this series is more than the Blu-Ray equivalent in the shops. If Apple lets us buy the whole series for ÂŁ20 or less within th enext couple of months, I'll get it. Otherwise, I'll get the (cheaper) boxset from HMV..Score: 4/5
VIceTunes at Last!Excellent to see that Miami Vice is now on the iTunes store for download. This is a classic series that all of us from that era of tv love to watch. Yes, fair enough we all know that 22 episodes priced individually is not cheap and that Apple could have and should have done a discount price for downloading the whole season but I for one will still buy them knowing that like all my iTunes downloads, they work 'straight out of the box', no ripping or converting - just straight forward Apple and it just works. Above all, it's legal and all my music & video is such - everyone should buy legal and then, eventually, the prices will come down, even if only a little. I have seen too many 'pirates' in the past - all full of high quality promise and all never living up to the quality of a legal download you pay for. Well done Apple keep up the good work!.Score: 5/5
Love it!I was born in '89, so this is the first time I've ever seen it. It really stands the test of time: the great camera work, sound track, locations, characters and costume. It's all there. At ÂŁ1.49 per episode, it isnt cheap though so I have had to resort to selecting them at random in order to fuel my fascination with the 80s!.Score: 5/5

Why has this not been digitally cleaned up?I only watched a trailer for s1 ep1 and couldn't help noticing the transition to digital is very poor. I would have loved to buy the box set but it's too expensive per episode and not the quality I expect. Shame really as I would love to watch it again..Score: 2/5
