Amazing* Mild Spoilers * One of the best shows ever. IMO Breaking Bad was good (and it helps to watch BB but not absolutely necessary) - but Better Call Saul is nearly flawless. The brother’s story line lasted a little long for me but there was definitely purpose to all of it. Jimmy and Kim are so perfectly paired. Mike and Nacho (and their stories) are perfectly fleshed out. And there can never be too much Gus Fring. And the supporting cast is wonderful. It may not move as fast (or have as much action) as Breaking Bad and that is why it is superior - because of the character development. It is the best show on TV right now and one of the best ever. AMAZING…Smart show worthy of your timeThis show is soooooooo good. It’s smart, it’s fascinating…it’s real. It shows the complicated relationships we have and how being in those relationships can change who you are, for the good or the bad, and at the end of the day, you can always find the real you if you are open to stop running and stop lying to yourself. It shows how “bad” people are just normal people and what they do is many times the result of so many life experiences. Are Jimmy and Kim the Bogie and Bacall of our Era?The strange and wicked love story of Jimmy McGill and Kim Wexler is one for the ages. What a pair. She’s yin to his yang in every situation — smart where he’s dumb, quick-witted where he’s floundering (see “Bad Choice Road” in S. 5) — and, where Howard is concerned, surprisingly reckless where Jimmy is cautious. Or is she? Hard to be certain, which is what I love about the show. I’m equally uncertain about whether Kim survives the last season.
