What the heck apple & paramountI watched YELLOWSTONE show from beginning b4 popularity hit, then they change paramount to paramount plus , I buy the subscription BECAUSE I hate ads on streaming they come Too often, repeat same ad and CUT THE SCENES and RUIN the flow of the whole art of making a show =the feeling of being there too I watch 1 episode and now there all locked yet I paid for both services now I need to pay to watch it add free as well??? So after watching. For the season to come I need to wait until itâs over and next season come to watch it with being doubled /triple billed to watch a showâŠ.we went to streaming to avoid the price gouging of cable âŠlooks like that over as well. SighâŠ.. streaming has bought better material letâs not take away another small joy in this crazy world MORE IS TRULY A LESSER OVERALL IN THE END.Score: 1/5

Become staleThis show is falling short of an all time great for me for one reason and unfortunately itâs a pretty big reason. You might say itâs unfair to compare a show to Game of Thrones but Iâm going to do just that. GoT had a similar structure, families, factions, good, evil, blurred lines, high stakes etc. GoT moved the story along and Yellowstone doesnât. The hardest thing to watch in GoT was watching beloved characters get suddenly, unexpectedly, brutally torn away from us. We were forced to move on. Yellowstone season 5 has become flat and predictable without any real separation of plot devices. Beth still hates Jamie and will save the ranch, Jamie is still a petty, vindictive, disloyal son thatâs somehow the attorney general and the most manipulated character in the show. Casey and Monica have all of the heartbreak⊠nothing has changed since season 1.Score: 3/5

Great show reduced to excess sentimentalityThe writer went totally off the rails in season 5. He increased the number of episodes to 15 from 10 in the previous seasons and filled it with a tribute to the cowboy way of life. He forgot thatâs just the backdrop for the story, not the reason to watch it. Itâs so watered down and boring now I had to give up on it. The first 4 seasons were good, but way to kill a good thing. For all those clever persons who subscribe??What happens when your favourite show gets dumped by the streamers? Yep you got nothing! This is why the Apple model to buy and access beats streaming!
