TerribleThe season moves very slowly and not much happens per each episode, Lots of filler scenes with random new characters that end up dying before we get to know them. PLS save your money and wait until the paramount company resorts to putting it on a streaming service. It is not worth paying for and having forever.Score: 1/5

Become staleThis show is falling short of an all time great for me for one reason and unfortunately it’s a pretty big reason. You might say it’s unfair to compare a show to Game of Thrones but I’m going to do just that. GoT had a similar structure, families, factions, good, evil, blurred lines, high stakes etc. GoT moved the story along and Yellowstone doesn’t. The hardest thing to watch in GoT was watching beloved characters get suddenly, unexpectedly, brutally torn away from us. We were forced to move on. Yellowstone season 5 has become flat and predictable without any real separation of plot devices. Beth still hates Jamie and will save the ranch, Jamie is still a petty, vindictive, disloyal son that’s somehow the attorney general and the most manipulated character in the show. Casey and Monica have all of the heartbreak… nothing has changed since season 1.Score: 3/5

Great show reduced to excess sentimentalityThe writer went totally off the rails in season 5. He increased the number of episodes to 15 from 10 in the previous seasons and filled it with a tribute to the cowboy way of life. He forgot that’s just the backdrop for the story, not the reason to watch it. It’s so watered down and boring now I had to give up on it. The first 4 seasons were good, but way to kill a good thing. I guess he ran out of story..Score: 2/5

For all those clever persons who subscribe??What happens when your favourite show gets dumped by the streamers? Yep you got nothing! This is why the Apple model to buy and access beats streaming! But iTunes you have began to over price which makes pirating a serious option, rather sad I spent a lot of money here! In fairness to iTunes it’s 14 episodes note parts 1&2!
