STILL A GREAT TV COP SHOW IN 2020!How can you beat Miami Vice? You canāt because they started the DRUG COP tv shows except for a few others but it is a timeless show and it keeps getting better with age. If you millennials watch people playing games on your phones then give the show a watch and see what you missed from the 1980s and itās just as real as the show promotes regarding the drug wars for then and now. The drug wars are still alive to this day because of our country who continues to buy more drugs and almost any other country. The show is dedicated to stopping drug trafficking but as you know there are lists of small drug pushers out there and the big fish usually get away while the little guys get caught for selling. Itās one of my favorite television shows of all time and I will still watch them today. The actors did a great job during those times and I got into law enforcement because of that show. It was a very inspirational show for me during the 80s. I hope anyone interested will give he show a shot since some of our current trends came out of that tv show in the current times except for baggy pants and big hair which are no longer a thing! First two seasons 4 stars. Third season 3 stars. 4 & 5 season 2 starsThe show started out great. It became the Starsky and Hutch of the 80's...stylistic, violent, sexy, and trend setting. The first season is the best. The second carries on the good times. The third season it is beginning to wear thin. By the fourth season you will be forcing yourself to watch it because you paid and don't want to waste your money. By the fifth season you will be contemplating suicide. The show flamed up immediately so hot that it burned itself out. It began to take the press and reviews and fame so seriously that it became a caricature of itself trying too hard to redue what it had done in the past and in the process it literally became the Starsky and Hutch of the 70's. Here today in a big way and gone just as quickly..Score: 3/5

1984 - āChoice! Totally Wicked TV ShowāLike, like wicked awesome show! Oh man, it was totally choice! Miami Vice ruled! For sure, like, this is a rank 80ās TV show. Why no S2,3,4,5Great to see this properly, I was only 6 when this was on the first time around. Apart from the hamming acting from the guy who plays Tubbs, Don Johnson is superb. But you're better off buying the 5 season box set for Ā£50 at HMV, not just because it cheaper but you can actually watch the other seasons..Score: 4/5
Love it!I was born in '89, so this is the first time I've ever seen it. It really stands the test of time: the great camera work, sound track, locations, characters and costume. It's all there. At Ā£1.49 per episode, it isnt cheap though so I have had to resort to selecting them at random in order to fuel my fascination with the 80s!.Score: 5/5

In my opinion one of the best 80's TV shows of all time and without dout The best cop show of all time. A certain essential to any Vice fan like myself. One of the best T.V shows ever!This has to be one of the best T.V programs ever... the Budget at the time was HUGE,the way it was directed,the scenery of Miami in the 80's.....so moody,and the soundtrack is so period,so many stars appear in this but before they made the big time,watch this and enjoy ,it does take 2 or 3 episodes after the pilot for the characters to "bed in" and for Castillo to arrive-Brilliant!Hope more miami vice series come to itunes..!.Score: 5/5

Its just to expensive to buy per episodeI would love to buy this whole season ! but its just to to expensive to buy it per episode at a time. Why has this not been digitally cleaned up?I only watched a trailer for s1 ep1 and couldn't help noticing the transition to digital is very poor.
