MoonstruckGo figure. I'm over 50, intelligent (IMNSHO), critical (not easy to please), occasional TV viewer with little patience. I was charmed by the pilot to the point that I am currently downloading the rest of the episodes. These are the only purchased TV shows in my library. Mild people muddling through heroically.If the point of entertainment is to find that you like the characters, their kindnesses, their loves, their ways of resolving the decision points in their lives, this is entertainment. Better than expected.I hadnt seen this show on tv until it was a free download on itunes. and i must confess im hooked i love this show, besides the fact that the acting by the lead is ???? idk it looks like she got a little to much botox in her mouth and cant completely open it all the way. but the writing of this show is excellent and all the other actors are great.Score: 4/5
Angry crowdIt's not the best show in the entire world, but it does beat nothing. I just wanted to say that some of the reviewers seem very hostile (e.g., the "Africa is not a country person"). If you feel so strongly about these things, perhaps I-tunes isn't the most appropriate or efficient place to post your opinions? It's I TUNES...not the Washington Post. Anyhooo, for the most part the show is pre-teen friendly and somewhat entertaining for adults, so it makes a good family show..Score: 3/5
