What can i say?...What can i say? Everyone who knows what Adult Swim is TRULY about will enjoy this show, or at least appreciate it. I'm getting so sick of these conformist idiots who bash this show, talking about how great mediocre shows like the Venture Bros. are. To me, shows like Tim and Eric are here to show the TRUE spirit of Adult Swim, and shows like the Venture Bros. are just here to give something to the mediocre minds of any average American in order to keep themselves in business. I know that people will agree with me that this show is good; let's face it. Any one who looks up anything will do so for one reason, about 90% of the time... because they like it. So, instead of going all like, "Yeah, this show is great, so i'll agree with him because i like it", please approve this review on the count of the fact that you agree with that little bit i made on paragraphs 2 and 3. Breathtakingly hysterical.I hesitate to make the obvious comparison of Tim and Eric to Bob and David, but it does appear that Awesome Show has successfully picked up where Mr. Show left off...only even more joyfully irreverent! Great ideas, poor follow throughI understand "avant-garde", I understand craftsmanship v. the statis quo, and I understand randonimity for the sake of entertainment. What I don't understand is the draw to the subject matter of this show. I am not a huge fan of Tom goes to the Mayor, but I can appreciate the style of animation and original story lines. In this show it just isn't there. I recommend previewing an episode of this before purchasing the entire season. Just a suggestion..Score: 1/5
