So Amazing!Alright, this show has so much potential... Yeah, it had a little downfall, but still... At least they know what they are doing. I do think it deserves ALL 5 of those stars because it has a meaningful purpose and can go somewhere. To those of you who give it one star because there is no season 2 on itunes, you're just bitter. Get over and look it up or something. Or watch G4- don't know the channel- they show re-runs all the time. You can't blame the show for not putting it on itunes. EpicI watched Heroes (season 1) back when it aired and told my new bf about it a couple months ago. I convinced him that it wasn't a random high-school-audience-aimed show and that the special effects were great and the intertwining of the characters' lives was complex and super COOL... and so we bought it. Turns out I've forgotten a lot since 2006, and it was exciting even for me-- after the first two episodes we were hooked and finished the entire first season in 1 week. Now that I have shows like Breaking Bad and Sons of Anarchy to compare it to, I'm proud to say that it is still a solid show and withstands the test of time and progressions in technology. One of the few shows that really can pull on your heartstrings. Great storyline, fantastic actors, mind-blowing special effects, and on-point directing. Five stars from 2014 :).Score: 5/5
I was Amazed!I wanted to see this show so I bought it. The 1st episodes were "regular" but when you get to the point you will see. The characters were not boring and the acting is really good. Once you get hooked there is no way you will stop watching it. This season got me "bitting" my nails and the season finale will leave you wanting for more. Sometimes you will be saying "ok? That's not real and he should be this... And that..." but in season 2 you will see, I promise. This is a must buy show!!.Score: 5/5

The Best Season of HeroesSeason one of Heroes is just sublime. The characters develop at a good pace, the story arcs are very intricate and connect with each other, the mythology is really interesting. In my opinion, seasons two through four of Heroes are garbage. My reccommendation for a Heroes newbie is to stop with the season one episode "Landslide" and just guess for yourself what happens, because the show really starts to decline at "How to Stop an Exploding Man.".Score: 5/5

Best show of all time!!!Even though i believe £26 is too much for a season 3 years old heroes is the best tv series ever with constant cliffhangers plus clever and inpredictable storylines. Heroes is the series for any long running tv programme fan. It has drama, violence, in-depth characters as if it was a soap, apart from most of the characters having superpowers. A must watchI recently bought this on DVD and I have to say I was blown away. It was excellent. It was gripping and it kept me interested for a long time. The story line unfold revealing brilliant plots and twists and it makes you want to watch more. To those who say it is too expensive here, the DVD boxset is £50 brand new so there is nothing to complain about. What do you expect to pay for 23 episodes? In short this is a brilliant Tv show and it's a must see. Don't let the price put you off (if that's your reason for not getting it) because it's sensational..Score: 5/5
