When a shocked teenager finds a dismembered body laying in pieces in a strange purple pool of water, Brennan and Booth come to the scene only to find the victim's head is missing. With help from Brennan's newest grad student, Wendell, the team discovers the body is that of Jared Addison, a 25-year-old science fiction writer who suffers from OCD and a crippling fear of germs. With Sweets' psychological insight into Jared's perfectly regimented world, Booth and Brennan track down a number of suspects including Jared's psychologist, his much older girlfriend and his science-fiction book publisher, all of whom have good reason to want Jared out of their lives. However, without the victim's head, the team struggles to find enough evidence to locate a killer - that is, until they receive insight from Zack, who studies the case from afar at his psychiatric facility with case information provided to him by Hodgins. Meanwhile, Brennan scolds Booth for not letting her ever fend for herself..

Who is writing the show now?This was a great show until Season 4. A real favorite of mine until now. What's changed? Somebody's agenda to promote tolerance of alternative sexuality has gone way overboard. They're obviously writing it into the show now and it's extremely out of bounds. This is absolutely an unnecessary and blatant diversion to what was once a really entertaining program. Instead of having an enjoyable murder-mystery, we now get to sit through a 5-10 minute lecture on how old-fashioned it is to have any moral values and we're reduced to following a confused maze of sexual innuendo and perversion. Just a few episodes into the season and we have a full blown lesbian romance onscreen. These things are cheap distractions. I'm done with Bones..Score: 1/5

I am now a fan of Bones, the tv series, as I am a fan of Kathy books featuring Brennan (and a very attractive french canadian cop). Nicely done, humour and quick back and forth snappy dialogue. Don't listen to the other guy.Videos work fine for me, it's just his computer. Anyway, Bones is the BEST show for murder mystery type genre. The only bad episode I know of is the last one because the writers made it so messed up it was hard to follow. Still worth watching it if you buy the season..Score: 5/5

Great showBones is a great show with a great cast. The two leads Emily Deschanel and David Boreanaz have great chemristy. It's a nice mix between personal storylines and crime sloving. My favorite episodes this season are : Mayhem on a Cross,The Perfect Pieces in the Purple Pond, The Bone That Blew and The Critic in the Cabernet. The HD version looks great. Booth and bones are back and are on top again!!!! :DOmg! first this show is AMAZING to begin with, second this series is filled with laughs and suspense, tears and drama as well as good times! it is an utterly fantastic series so far and i really recommend it. hero in the hold is one of my favourites of this series. also, with the sarcastic booth and gawky bones it is just as good as the previous series! im so happy its back and you will enjoy this so much! :D FREAKING 5 STARS!!! :P.Score: 5/5

The reason why we are waiting for the next episode!Hey .. I am not one to defend itunes, BELIEVE ME (don't even get me started on the missing Desperate Housewives episodes) but the reason we are being kept waiting for the next episode of Bones (called Trouble in the Panhandle) is that Bones has taken a mid-season break in the US until January 15th 2009 - we will get the episode once it has been shown there I think!.Score: 5/5

FLAWLESS. Literally!If there is anything bad anyone can truthfully find about this show, I'll eat my iPod. Seriously, the characters are so great, it's funny, and the Science stuff is ACTUALLY interesting. I'd consider becoming a forenzic pathologist if I didn't want to be an actress!
