Glee Season 1 ReviewEverything from my glee season 2 review stands the same here, completely the same, in fact, the only difference is that Glee season 1 had a much better playlist and a catchier song selection. with that being said, in the majority of categories they were just as good as the other and therefore my rating is the same for both seasons of Glee..Score: 4/5
GLEEKS!I am a die-hard glee fan. every member of the cast is unbelievably talented, most just finished their seasons on broadway. jane lynch (sue slyvester) provides many a laughs every episode by poking-fun at the teacher-head of the glee club (matthew morrison). all of the kids in the glee club are from a wide diversity and all have different talents and backgrounds. the special guest stars are chosen well and add more depth to the simplistic, realistic and thought-provoking story line. I LOVE GLEE AND HOPE YOU WILL TOO!.Score: 5/5
I'm a gLeek!This review will probably be extremely long, so consider yourself warned. Glee is the best show on television. Period. I have never loved a tv show so much. The cast is amazing, the writing is super clever and funny, and the music is fantabulous. Lea Michele could be the only character and I would be pleased. Many people at my school say this show is like "High School Musical" but in episodes. This REALLY annoys me to no end as they have not seen the show and it isn't in anyway. Please go on You Tube and search Glee Cast and find the Cory Monteith one if you think this is true, it explains it in a way that everyone can understand. I really don't want to write about how it isn't but I will just say 4 things about their MANY differences: 1) On Glee they do NOT sing the storyline, there is a time for singing and a time for acting. They also sing covers. 2) The acting and singing is much better, please don't tell me you think Zac Efron can sing and act better than Lea Michele or Vanessa Hudgens (sp?) can act better than Jane Lynch. 3) There is a much better storyline, Glee has a plot and it isn't a perfect dream world. 4) On Glee, they play basketball, but do not break out into song on the basketball court. Maybe that was more than 4 things, and I am very sorry if you disagree, but this is just how I feel. Glee is just a combination of great singing, great acting, great writing, and great Sue Sylvester. This is what makes it SO amazing. Please download the Director's Cut of the Pilot and a few other episodes, you will not regret it. It is truly magical.
