What happened to my season pass?Oh, that's right. iTunes didn't offer one. Chalk one up for the competition. iTunes says they believe in prompt and courteous customer service. Well, they fell short on this one. The episode was among the best the show has offered but one has to wonder if iTunes is assuming that avid fans like myself will want to see the first episode of the season so much that they won't wait for the season pass. In this way iTunes can charge twice for the same episode. I'll have to call a penalty on this one for unsportsman like conduct..Score: 5/5
