Now I have to wait to the new episodes, but it is worth the waiting! I really like their use of fiction and that they don't have petty normal problems like other shows these problems you might never seen again. Over the time the characters become more family and you can connect to them. If you are boring don't watch this. If you are fun, then you HAVE to watch this you will love it I promise. Gets off to a spotty startThis is a five-star show. It is head and shoulders above the competition. Dan Harmon et al. have created a format that allows them a great degree of freedom to play with sitcom structure while not neglecting the more immediate comedic value of the show. That said, be warned that Season 2 is not free of flaws--the first five episodes are a little tentative, and one or two episodes beyond that are a little boring (for example, "Custody Law and Eastern European Diplomacy"). Those flaws, however, are heavily outweighed by the shows strengths..Score: 5/5

Great cast and smart writing. This show is great. At first glance it seems like a cheesy bottom tier sitcom on par with Saved by the Bell, but after you watch a full episode or two, you discover it's amazingly well written and the humor is actually quite intelligent. The comedic references on this show are often times obscure but that makes them all the more hilarious. If you're under 25 or over 45 you may not get some of the jokes which tend to be references to 80s and 90s pop culture, but if you're of a certain age, and you've managed to avoid living under a rock for most of your life, this show is going to make you laugh. Chevy Chase shows us why he's still a comedic genius, and the chemistry between the cast members is only a couple of notches below Seinfeld, (and that's saying a lot). Like Seinfeld, the characters are essentially good people but they each have their personality flaws which in the real world would make them exceedingly unlikeable individuals. On the show however, these flaws are part of the comedy and are what endear us to them. All in all, a great cast and smart writing, make Community one of the 3 best shows on TV right now.
