Karl is really a geniusAlthough stupid gets used a lot to describe Karl P he is really a genius. His observations are amazing and his insight perfect. Karl is a great person and very in tune with his own mental capabilities. The fact that he took these journeys really shows the courage he has and manages to gets through the lows on these adventures. even though Karl can state some very obvious things his facial and body language is the priceless gem of this series. I highly recommend buying at least one episode after that I'm sure you will find yourself pulling a marathon of the season and wanting episode 9-10-11-12-13 and so on. Censorship and editing ruins itAwesome and funny show, but don't bother buying on itunes or from Science. All the episodes are the censored tv broadcast. Moreover, the episodes edited out the "An Idiot Abroad" commercial bumper leaving out some footage. What a waste. Here's hoping Science might upload AIA the way it's meant to be seen, uncensored and unedited. But I wouldnt hold my breath..Score: 1/5
110% Brilliant!The best show that you will ever find, Period! Karl, for all the stupid things he says comes out with great words of wisdom. And the show was not sadistic its the best 45 min of your life. If you're on the fence about it, go for it its worth every penny and then some!!.Score: 5/5

Wonderfully hillarious!This show is was a great idea by funnyman Ricky Gervais. They send their very close-minded friend, Karl, around the world to see the 7 wonders. The thing is, Karl hates traveling and sees no point in learning about other cultures. His view points on everything from food, language, the way people look, and even the 7 wonders themselves are hillarious. Kept me laughing. Definately a must watch show! And if you get a chance, watch the preview episode. It's an inside view of the show and the idea behind it. Lots of candid interviews, and makes the episodes that much funnier..Score: 5/5
