It's badThe office without steve carrell is a disappointment. all james spader does is make the office look 10 times worse..Score: 1/5

What happened? This was honestly terrible and was no where near close to the old office episodes, and its unbelievable that some people give this 5 stars those people have no clue what their saying and clearly have never seen the past episodes, which doesn't make sense, because anyone can see what a tragedy this turned out to be. i also think that Andy was a good addition to the show but cant be manager, and Arron was and still is the worst replacement for Pam her blatant stupidity is unrealistic and bothersome..Score: 1/5

Still Great!Robert California is one of the coolest new characters. He's so weird and disturbing. The simple fact that he is those things makes it funny to see how the other characters react to him. He really doesn't fit at all and that's what makes him so funny. I agree, though, that Nellie is annoying and she hogs the screen way too much with her constant rambling. No matter what, The Office, in my opinion, still hasn't lost its luster..Score: 5/5

It still goes onWhen I heard Steve Carrell was leaving I was like, "how is the office going to stay on? They maybe have one more crappy season left without him, but he has been the backbone of this show since '05. This is his show." I watched the first two episodes of season eight with a prejudiced attitude. Then I gave up. Over the summer I started to watch all the episodes that I had missed the previous year and I discovered that they didn't need Steve Carrell to keep it going. You will find that it wasn't just micheals personality that made the office go round, but that it was jims pranks, Dwights insane ideas, andys singing, and all the other amazing personalitys. When u only take one of those away, you still have a heck of a good show. Now season nine is on and I am psyched to see what happens, putting aside the fact that we lost two more crucial people (Kelly and Ryan). But let me just say, I expect there to be three weddings in this final season to leave me satisfied. Angela and Dwight, Andy and Erin, and darryll and Val. I am going to miss it when it's gone. But the legacy will hopefully live on with The Farm, Dwights new show starting mid season about schrute farms. Fingers crossed!.Score: 5/5

Best season yet!I bought this with some trepidation since Steve Carrell is gone and was pleasantly surprised to find out the show is even better now. I didn't realize Ed Helms was such a terrific actor until this season, where he plays such a major role. He is more than able to fill Steve Carrell's shoes. I did know that James Spader is a great actor and he does not disappoint here. I am enjoying this season as much, if not more, than the previous ones..Score: 5/5

The Worst Season of the Office EVER!The first and the last few episodes are good. I couldn't stand Robert, or Nellie. The whole time I was watching l wanted to just turn it off. Both of the charters where horrible. I am totally over all these new changes and lame people. Time to bring back Michael Scott and Holly!!! It was the least funniest season ever. The BEST episode was the last one...it seems that the writes are finally get back on track, and I have high hopes for Season 9!!!.Score: 3/5

Steve Carell (The 40-Year-Old Virgin) stars in this sitcom based on Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant's award-winning comedy. Told through the lenses of a documentary film crew, The Office exposes the humorous and often foolish events at Dunder-Mifflin Paper Company in Scranton, Pennsylvania. In this first season, Dunder-Mifflin Regional Manager, Michael Scott (Carell) leads the documentary team and his staff on a journey through inappropriate behavior, well-intentioned but misguided comments and a myriad of poor management techniques. Michael has no clue that his employees can barely tolerate him. In his mind, he is their guru, their mentor, and their cool friend. His staff includes his dedicated-to-the-point-of-annoying assistant, Dwight Schrute, office receptionist Pam, and likable sales rep Jim. During the six episodes of Season 1, Dunder-Mifflin tackles tough subjects including company layoffs, diversity initiatives, health care, and office alliances. Anyone who has ever worked in a "team" environment can appreciate the humor and suffering of the Dunder-Mifflin staff and The Office.
