Excellent update to a classicMy daughter instantly loved this show upon her first viewing. The lessons taught in each episode are presented perfectly for the little ones. The songs are catchy and I hear my daughter singing the songs when she faces the same situations that the characters experienced in the shows. Congratulations to the Fred Rogers foundation on creating an update that keeps the spirit of the original series..Score: 5/5
GREAT show! Our son loves Daniel Tiger and I'm enjoying the lack of merchandise at the moment (I've read there will be branded merchandise in 2014) so it feels more like a visit than an advertisement..Score: 5/5
Great show!!My kids adore this show as do I! I really like the life lessons involved and the repetitive song/message throughout each show really sticks with my 3 year old..Score: 5/5

Best Kid Show on Air!There aren't a lot of shows for children these days that are as well written as this show is. The content is intentional and thoughtful, with careful attention to issues that children really go through. High respect is paid to the intentions of the original show, Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. In fact, this cartoon trails off of that old show, taking place in the "land of make-believe." What used to be the main puppets are now the parents in this cartoon, with their children now being the stars (basically all the puppets grew up, had families, and now their offspring are starring in this cartoon!) This series teaches social-emotional skills, which is huge for school and life readiness. From sharing, to trying new foods, to dealing with frustrations/sadness, this show covers so many important topics. As a mother, I watch this show with my children, and it's entertaining enough for adults (unlike other kid's shows that are really only for kids). This show really uses music wisely and throughout. My 3 year old loves it, and has memorized all the jingles. We actually sing it throughout our day as she remembers to "find a way to play" with her little sister, or to "try new foods because they might taste good," or even to "take a deep breath and count to four" when she is feeling angry. You could even buy the CDs as well! Two thumbs up!!!.Score: 5/5
Love the show but this is not the entire season 1I mistakenly thought volume 1 was season 1. But iTunes has cut season one in several volumes. 10 episodes for $19.99. It was confusing..Score: 4/5
Love it!The music is very catchy. My daughter started dancing when she heard the intro music. I hope they make more of this show. It's worth buying. There's a lot of things for toddlers can learn in this show..Score: 5/5
Great for kids, sentimental for parentsThis came out at just the right time for our family. Being a Mr. Rogers devotee as a kid, I was somewhat nervous about this new incarnation. Those reservations were quickly put to rest. I *love* Daniel Tiger's gentle adventures in the Neighborhood of Makebelieve. And so does my almost 3-year-old son. He chooses Daniel over some of those flashier cartoons (Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and company) almost 3:1 The content is marvelous! I'm so happy to see a show focused almost completely on life and social skills instead of academics. Counting and letters will get you places, but being a good person is equally important to my mind. I hope Daniel sticks around as long as his predecessor. But I'm afraid that might be wishful thinking..Score: 5/5
Helpful "musical strategies" in every episodeBeautifully honors Mr. Rogers' legacy. He was irreplaceable, but this show carries those same social-emotional themes forward with kid- and parent-friendly stories and songs. It's just perfect..Score: 5/5
Nifty Galifty!Goodbye Elmo, hello Daniel. Our two year old adores Daniel. I bought season one and it got us thru a 12 hour car trip with little complaint! Mr. Rogers would be pleased. Our toddler uses the lessons in the show to problem solve, it's really great or Tigerrific.... We on the whole like season two better than the first so looking forward to that when it becomes available..Score: 5/5
