True Blood Strikes AgainTrue Blood has been a defining series from the start for HBO. While most people were really unhappy with the storyline this season and felt that it was convoluted, I personally did not feel that way. I thought that the whole concept of Lillith was interesting since it showed that even the characters whom we have seen from the very beginning at a very primitive nature to them that couldn't be erased. The finale though was pretty cool with the authority. However, some of the story lines are really not necessary like Alcide's storyline towards the end of the season. Also, Terry's storyline did not need to span an entire season. Also, the entire Warlow and fairy conflict thing will be resolved in Season 6 so you don't have to wait that long to have answers. I really liked this season. Though it was not the best, it beats the FInal Season (Season 7) by a long shot..Score: 4/5
Australia is so LuckyMy review is not so much the season as it is a rant against HBO itself Somehow any and all HBO Shows are available only in Australia as its current season airs. Everywhere else we just get the wait until the Blu-Ray comes out for the digital version.
