In an homage to the beloved holiday film “Love, Actually,” seemingly separate storylines come together to form one merry GLEE episode. Glee, Season 4 and AdsGlee this season has been pretty good with all the cliffhangers, but this new cast will never be as good as the original. I have no problem with the ads at the beginning and end of the episode because you can really just skip through them and fast forward to the actual show! I give up.This show has declined very slowly but surely since season one. Parts of this season are redeemable, but for the most part trying to watch it is a certain kind of torture. The newbies are hardly interesting and the originals are sorely mischaracterised, and I know I'm not the only one sick of Marley, Blaine, and dear god this stupid Ryder-catfishing subplot. RIB seems determined to drop even vaguely intriguing plots for Darren Criss fanservicing, and continuity is a joke when one looks back to previous seasons—and even EPISODES. I'm not sure how Glee, once upon a time my favorite show, has earned its next two seasons. I only hope it delivers..Score: 2/5
