I want to rub sand in your eyes iTunes and/or FXFix the season pass feature you imbeciles! You are in the Danger Zone! I paid upfront - why don't you invest that cash I (and all the other season subscribers) gave you in some technology that lets you roll out the latest episode to your loyal subscribers AT LEAST AT THE SAME TIME as people who don't pay up front. Great Show / Bad ItunesArchers the greatest and if you havent seen it, I highly recommend it! Agreed with other reviews: I bought the season pass the day after the 1st episode aired. I was able to download the first 3 episodes with no problem. However, Itunes only gives me the option to purchase the latest episode instead of downloading it automatically. I contacted Itunes support and was told to just give it a few days. Wrong answer..Score: 3/5

For all who have season pass, I have bad news updateSo when trying to download from my season pass like many others I was unable without having to pay again which I of course did not do. But I did call tech support and stay on the phone for around 30 minutes while they were waiting on the people at iTunes to answer the phone. So the tech support agent I was talking with said when she finally spoke with iTunes about the problem and I quote "sorry I can't seem to get any info from them about it, not even a estimated time frame..so yeah sorry they won't even tell me what's going on and I work here" .......those are the exact words of tech support after making me wait 40 min so if you want my advice go with another video player if you want a good painless experience because iTunes is getting worse..... I have several season passes and this problem occurs every once in a while and is not fixed in a timely manner and they do not seem to care that they have basically stolen our money and given us nothing so does that make you angry loyal customers? Because it should...... And also when you by a season pass you are basically saying here is 30 bucks so I can watch the episodes when you make them available iTunes and save a small amount of money over buying each episode individually, and iTunes says ok we will take your money and that will happen and then when they come out iTunes basically says no even though you have a season pass we are gonna not let you watch your episode this week, but maybe next or maybe never but thanks for the money.. Does anyone else think a discounted season or $5 credit to iTunes should be seen here for the terrible support that are having to go through and most people will probably say I am ranting but when I pay for something I expect to get what I paid forays soon as possible not whenever they feel like making it work..... So iTunes where is my free episode or credit to my account because that's what I expect after being kept in the dark about this for so long!.Score: 2/5
