I used to LOVE this showI honestly was torn between giving this season five stars for the beginning and one star for where it is now. The music this season isn't great--instead of being relevant, or at least good, music they just choose songs that go with the storyline exactly which is a bit unrealistic. Glee used to integrate the music nicely but now you have a musical number every five seconds so it's starting to feel like Sesame Street. That being said, I love Marley (and Jake and Ryder) but I hope their storyline's get more interesting over time because right now they seem to fast forwarded. Glee deals with heavy subjects, which is great, but they do so a bit disrespectfully. For example, automatically assuming that the bulimia storyline with Marley was fixed when the writers thought it had run its course was odd. Also, Rachel is starting to annoy me again. She is very entitled, and even though I used to love Brody they turned him into Mr. Perfect that randomly started living in their apartment, then turned out to be a drug dealer?! The main problem I have with this season is that I miss Quinn, Mercedes, and Santana. Those were some of my favorite characters and without them, the show is dull and feels less talented overall. I get that Santana is being integrated back into the show but it is in such unrealistic ways (Quinn, too) that the show itself just doesn't feel authentic anymore. Overall, I hardly miss an episode but I keep wishing I could fast forward. I think I may start only watching the important episodes, because this show is starting to get on my nerves..Score: 3/5
