When the gang returns from the Yucatan Peninsula with the ancient spear they think to be the Heart of the Jaguar, they find the town empty! Everyone has been taken underground. Our heroes soon find the townsfolk in chains and digging a vast excavation policed over by Kriegstaffa bots. Professor Pericles and what's left of his Mystery Incorporated are there overseeing the dig. They're looking for the entrance down into the caverns where the cursed treasure and the Evil Entity are buried. Saving all the townsfolk from Pericle's evil clutches, our five young heroes gear up to follow Pericles and his motley crew through the gate and deeper down into the depths..

Best Idea for a Scooby-Doo Show Ever!This is an amazing series that deserves many viewers and much respect. It urks me how much people whine and complain about the show not being "similar to the original 1969 series!" The development of this show was ran by the original writers, Joe Ruby and Ken Spears, was heavily referenced back to the old series, and ran by the legend of voice actors, Frank Welker, who has been there as the voice of Fred since the beginning. Also, everything that people complain about this show, Ruby and Spears were thinking about doing it with the original start of the franchise. This show is great and extremely suspenseful! The scores, actors, monsters/villains, twists, relationships-- EVERYTHING IS AWESOME! My most favorite monster from Season 2, Part 1 is the Scarebear. Scooby-Doo will live on forever! SCOOBY-DOO FTW!.Score: 5/5
Good story and animationI really like the continuity of the show and how it tells a much larger story while still giving a smaller story each episode. I was getting worried that the show would end with the Season 1 cliffhanger. Glad to see Season 2 continuing the story. And the animation is top notch. Great show!.Score: 5/5

Great cartoon; What happened to the season?This is a great cartoon, but what happened to the rest of the season? Season 2 was expected to include 26 episodes; actual number of episodes may vary is an understatement. I purchased the season pass and the season stopped at 15 episodes. It's cheaper to buy each episode separately. Cartoon is 5 stars; Season pass value is 1 star..Score: 3/5
BEST CARTOON!!!!I've got to give it to you, this adaptation of Scooby Doo is simply the best yet! I fell in love with this show, the ongoing story lines and the fact that there was an "Original Mystery Incorporated" is so appealing to me. This is also great drama, it's not just a stupid kids show trying to make them laugh. It has darkness and a touch of reality in it and of course, the funny parts. It's simply the most amazing cartoon I've ever watched. I loved some of the recurring characters like Hot Dog Water and Cassidy Williams (đ). I love this show!I have been watching scooby doo all my life. I finished the second series and I gotta say that this is an awesome show! Unlike other people who say that this show should have a lot of other series. I don't think that it needs it since it leads into other shows of scooby doo.
