The public face of Colombia has changed immensely over the past ten years and is still changing for the better. Tony will explore several regions of the country from the mountains down to the Caribbean coast to the coca leaf growing inlands formerly controlled by drug cartels..

MehI'm a big fan of 'No Reservations', but I just didn't get the wow factor with Anthony Bourdain as host of this series. The locations are great and the information on little known parts is interesting, but I really feel like Anthony should stick to the culinary arts..Score: 2/5

Cool Insight Into Different Cultures! The obvious question: Will "No Reservations" fans like this show? Yes! Tony brings his unique blend of honest insight, snark, hilarious voice overs, and culinary expertise to this new show as well. Maybe an ATV incident as well! Although it must be said that Tony comes off a little more tired these days. But rather than attempt to sum up an entire city or nation, this series focuses on lesser known sub cultures or current events. The bizarre night life of Tokyo, post-junta Myanmar, Korean-American life in LA, the post-apocalyptic scenes of crumbling Detroit. Production values, especially photography, manage to exceed even "No Reservations" - and that makes it worth the price of HD in my view. Essential viewing for the foodie, traveler, or anybody looking to expand their cultural horizons..Score: 5/5
Amazing, Educational, Satisfying for a Culture VultureThis is a fantastic series which I have used not only for personal enjoyment but also as a teaching tool for my ESL students who absolutely love it. Anthony Bourdain is completely inspiring, authentic, and just all-around fun to watch. Canada is more than QuebecWhile I loved the Canada episode. The title and description are very misleading — as the train ride “across Canada” actually went from Montreal to Quebec City. Maybe a two hour train ride? While the food in both of theses cities is amazing — hardly a sample of Canada’s diverse cuisine..Score: 3/5
