Continued decline of Apple customer serviceLetâs be clear: I love the show - I hate how apple and itunes is treating me. I have purchased all 18 seasons of South Park. I will continue to do so, but no longer through iTunes. 1) started out that I would receive an email within a couple of hours of the original airing, stating that the current episode is now available for download. 2) last year the email came after it was available; but it was a day after the episode had aired. 3) This year we donât have access until 48 hours later; and Iâve only gotten 2 emails that came after the download was available, one of them as late as Sunday. If you sell something you must be honest and upfront (if you want to keep your customers). Empower us to choose the best or in this case the quickest service. You did not disclose the constraints for this show. Screw the customerâŠweâre in it for the money! How much did you save by not allowing it to download for 2 days? If I were an attorney, Iâd sue just for the lack of common courtesy. Iâm buying from the South Park web site from now on. I encourage everyone too! Itâs just as easy..Score: 1/5

Yay new season!!!With so many issues going on today I hope they use all of the fresh material to make a seriously raunchy season. The raunchier the better, since that is when the boys are at their best. There are no limits. I hope they donât hold back. I hope Kim Jong Un (whatever) gets absolutely blasted.
