Inspiring, emotional, and beautiful.Even if you're not into Crossfit, watch this film. Sure, watching Rich dominate is inspiring and pumps you up, but his family life, his baby girl he adopted, and his love for Jesus is what made this film amazing..Score: 5/5
BoringI was looking forward to this but found myself wandering off about halfway through. Lots of footage of Froning training/competing but there's no compelling story at the heart of the film to give it an interesting narrative or arc. Basically he's super competitive, always has been, and he's almost super human in Crossfit. That's not enough to fill an hour and a half. There's a small segment about adopting a child that's somewhat touching but the rest is fairly two-dimensional. Neither likeable or unlikeable, I just found it hard to care. For Crossfit die-hards only..Score: 2/5
