In this action comedy inspired by true events, directed by Jared Hess (Napoleon Dynamite; Nacho Libre), David Ghantt (Zach Galifianakis) discovers the true meaning of adventure far beyond his wildest dreams. He is an uncomplicated man stuck in a monotonous life. Day in and day out he drives an armored vehicle, transporting millions of other people’s money with no escape in sight. The only glimmer of excitement is his flirtatious work crush Kelly Campbell (Kristen Wiig) who soon lures him into the scheme of a lifetime. Along with a group of half-brained criminals led by Steve Chambers (Owen Wilson) and an absurdly faulted heist plan, David manages the impossible and makes off with $17 million in cash…only problem is he foolishly hands the money over to this wild group of double crossers and has been set up to take the fall. With the bandits blowing the millions on lavish and ridiculous luxuries, they leave behind a glaring trail of evidence. Now on the lam and in over his head, David must dodge the authorities, evade a hilarious hit man, Mike McKinney (Jason Sudeikis), and try to turn the tables on the ones he trusted most.

Not FunnyI'm not too harsh of a critic, but a comedy is supposed to make its audience laugh. This was disgusting and had the most immature (4th grade level/fart jokes) humor. With such a great cast, I don't know what went wrong and where but it did. I didn't laugh once. I had to close my eyes to prevent myself from throwing up twice. Watching Zach Galifianakis eat a tarantula, along with the goop squirting out of it, isn't what I call funny. Neither is watching Zach Galifianakis poop in a swimming pool. Or watching Kristen Wiig force Kate McKinnon, at her absolute worst, to swallow the contents of an off-brand vagisil. OR watching Kate McKinnon fart into Zach Galifiankis's butt. Nothing worked. Forget about rotten tomatoes 32%After watching the trailer, I bought this movie. I've watched it four times and laughed out loud every time. I've never been a serious fan of Zach Galliconsomethingorother, but thought he did an excellent job in this movie. It wasn't until I watched the "extras" portion that I found out it was based on a true story, then I liked it even more. BTW, who the heck came up with rotten tomatoes??? Poor Reviews, Still Really FunnyContrary to people and Rotten Tomatoes reviews, this movie got plenty of laughs from me. Critics, for whatever reason, pick apart these comedies because they are looking for something fresh. It doesn't mean it's not funny! This was a very typical Galifinakis movie. Great charachter for him to play. I wouldn't put this as funnier than Hangover, but funnier than Hangover 2 & 3. It's worth a watch. I rented it twice in 2 months because there are some hilarious parts in it. Sorry to those who hated this movie but i needed a laugh and I got one from this..Code Red1980Score: 4/5

svenska David är en okomplicerad man som har fastnat i en monoton vardag. Dag in och dag ut kör han sin värdetransport där han transporterar andra människors miljoner. Det enda som är exalterande är att få träffa tjejen på jobbet som han är kär i – Kelly Campbell som snart lurar in honom i århundradets kupp. Tillsammans med en grupp halv-smarta brottslingar som leds av Steve Chambers och en absurd plan klarar de det omöjliga och sticker med 17 miljoner dollar i kontanter. Det enda problemet är att han dumdristigt nog lämnar över pengarna till resten av gruppen som består av manipulativa lögnare och blir själv den som får ta på sig stöten. Medan banditerna bränner pengarna på lyx, lämnar de samtidigt spår efter sig. David måste nu undvika polisen, den hysteriske lönnmördaren Mike McKinney och samtidigt försöka vända på situation som hans fördetta kompanjoner har försatt honom i.
