Wow!There is no other documentary like this! It could also be titled “The Heroes of Your Childhood!” But that would be too long! I grew up watching a lot of these fantastic actors and I would not have even noticed them at the grocery store. Hearing and seeing their own stories is insightful to say the least. Thanks to the creative team behind “I Know That Voice” we mere mortals can only dream to become one of our heroes in this film! We might not even know that we are standing in line at the store next to VO royalty, but thanks to John DiMaggio and the rest of the crew maybe now we might! I really could watch this for hours! I was smiling like a kid the entire time!I got to see this a while after release. Being an avid fan of many, many voice actors, this was like Christmas, especially with so many from various generations interviewed all for one movie. If you ever get the chance to see this, DO IT!One of the most entertaining documentaries I’ve ever seen. Even if you have ever had a passing thought about what goes into voice acting, you’ll get sucked in. The film cover all of your favorite cartoons, both old school and new. All the people in here are legendary and are hilarious. They slip into their voices so effortlessly.
