I hesitated after reading these reviews but eventually decided to rent. It's a great movie I think it's better than the Mel Gibson version and I'm a huge Gibson fan! Movie is hilarious!!
can you watch this on a plane ?
It was fine. Funny at times but nothing I couldn’t have waited to catch on tv... copycat or any not, it just wasn’t all that great to me. Too much F-this and F-that for my taste, but maybe I’m just a prude. lol But like I said it was not worth it to rent. #buyersremorse
I love this movie. It’s funny through out the whole entire movie. Something I can watch everyday. Great movie. Come out with more movies Taraji. ❤️❤️❤️
Original was better
Henson is great. Really underrated film.
I have no idea why this film got bad reviews🤷🏻♀️It was really cute , funny , and better the second time🥰!
Don’t waste your time.
I’m not even going to get into how ridiculous this movie is. I guess if it were made in the 80s it might’ve been cute. But because it was made in this new millennium it’s not the both feminist nonsense. The moral of the story is this woman doesn’t need a man to succeed. So if you’re a feminist you’ll love this movie if you’re a normal human being you will despise it.
Honestly I think people were too harsh in the reviews. It actually had a ton of funny moments. Granted if you are a prude this isn't your movie lol But Taraji P Henson and Eryka Badu (Sis) were hilarious. For all those complaining about copycat cat movies. That's just you getting older lol Nothing new under the sun since the film industry has started. There will be tons of remakes and redos until the day you die lol
Really good movie for a laugh, don’t get why people were expecting a master piece in the reviews.
