Kurt Russell (THE HATEFUL EIGHT) and Alexis Bledel ("The Handmaid’s Tale") highlight this gripping, timely cyber-thriller. When Wall Street banker Martin (Beau Knapp, DEATH WISH) is sent to a bank branch in upstate New York, he uncovers suspicious cash flow through a local gallery selling million-dollar paintings. As Martin traces links to a violent global mob, he realizes he’s put his nearby family in grave danger. This searing action tale also stars Luke Hemsworth ("Westworld"), and Vincent Kartheiser ("Mad Men").

well worth the rent. It was good.
If you like movies put together by dim-witted 11 year olds, this is for you. Bad acting, nonsense script, story going through the motions of "thriller" - but the only thing thrilling about it is to see how much pain you can stand before deciding it isn't worth the money spent; better to turn it off and watch something more professional, like the recipe instructions on the back of a soup can. Very sad that Kurt Russell stoops so low. This is the 2nd time in two weeks I've fallen for renting a movie on Apple with an interesting trailer but no there there. Maybe this is a new kind of business model: make a bomb for close to nothing, market it on Apple as though it were something (the trailer being the only thing that requires any money), then make back your investment with a nice profit before the reviews can sink your make-believe "movie." Twice burned, I don't think I'll fall for another one of these Scotch tape and bailing wire duds that I've not heard of elsewhere.
