It’s based on actual eventsI don’t get why the people reviewing the film are crying foul about it being liberal propaganda. It was based on actual events that lead to the departure of the CEO of Fox News. I agree the made up character for the film, Margot Robbie, wasn’t exactly needed but I understand that her character was a mashup of several women’s experiences at Fox News. Empowering womenThis movie is meant to make you uncomfortable to watch...Anyone who has experienced being sexually harassed or sexually assaulted can account for how uncomfortable and traumatic this experience can make you feel and the lasting effects it has on your life. It brings to light a very serious, important topic, which is something that needs to be made more aware of. The words towards the end of the movie are very powerful and I could relate from my own personal experience. I hope this movie can help empower more women to take action, have a voice and not stand for this kind of behaviour in the workplace, and to encourage men (especially those who have a powerful role/title) to treat women with more respect..H-562Score: 5/5
