Rtcnai - Wasted potential.
Another great idea turned into crappie screenplay.
CGI is the only thing made well. The rest is sooooo bad.
Fall downs in the scenario all over the place.
Actors play close to zero, often exaggerated.
Advanced robots taking up to 2 hours to kill a bench of untrained, bleeding winning people.
This could have been wrapped up in 10 minutes.
Over 2 hours of overstretched non sens.
Robots can sometimes run but when they chase humans, who knows why they only walk and start loosing them again and again.
Waste of money.

You're definitely going to like this movie!! This is NOT Terminator robots from the fantasy future, this is SCI-FI Artificial Intel military robots sent out to the Vietnam jungle for illegal field testing against drug lords, unfortunately some people are in the wrong place wrong time and have to get whacked....well because there can't be witnesses that's the plot DUH! However the ROBOTS are FREAKING AWESOME. The CGI is top notch the MACHINES are why you watch this movie all the details, sound of movements, their dexterity is excellent, their design is the best I've seen, they paid so much attention to detail that in a cave scene you can see the robots "ears" twitch as it's listening.... ridiculous who does that!
NathanH83 - HorribleThis movie was way too bloody and grotesque to be considered the action adventure that it labels itself as. Innocent people being murdered for no reason. Either the director is a sadist or just sick in the head. It should be labeled horror. No thanks.

The acting in this movie to say the least was stale, very stale. The dialogue was extremely cheesy and not natural but the action was somewhat ok I guess.

Grand Archon of the Planispheres - B-MovieThis movie had so much potential to be great. The robot design/cgi was awesome. The basic robot AI self-learning concept was great. But the movie with the cheap actors was just ridiculous. Basically, it was a horror B-movie. I've never seen more crying in a movie. It would take 6 Rom-Coms to equal the amount of crying in this movie. And the teenage pre-med students were screaming and making more noise in the face of lurking danger than anyone with a shred of common sense would do. "Hello, weâre here, come and murder us!"
Oh, and a Navy SEAL, who deserted from service. Sorry, that's less believable than the robots.

MathOsGuru - Worth the Watch!Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. No complaints whatsoever. Good cinematics, special effects, audio and sound, and storyline flowed along well. There have been other similar movies, but this one was very well done. I would watch this one again without reservation. No spoilers ... just watch it already and enjoy!

eschdaddy - Best movie Iâve seen in years!This movie has the earmarks of reality and timeliness in a way no other AI movie replicates. Thereâs gore, but reality does too. Thereâs coincidences, but reality does too. Thereâs blind devotion and greed of tech, but unfortunately reality does too. Whether weâre this close or not to self awareness, who knows, but having it come out in this way is actually a plausible venue.

Red Rubber Husky - Cool FlickA pretty impressive film, especially considering it was a self-funded independent Aussie flick, without any government assistance. The Cambodian locations were amazing. Excellent cinematography and visual effects. The acting was solid with the kid particularly impressive. More entertaining than many a Hollywood 100 million dollar blockbuster. It also raises timely questions about just what robotic killing machines governments are making.
DavRevMov - this will light up your diodesI donât generally read other reviews before I write one but as there were only two on the apple site at the time I was deciding whether or not to watch this movie, I did. I have to say that Rod Morrisâ âItâs Terminator meets Chappie in Cambodiaâ comment made me laugh and want to watch the film. He pretty much hits the nail on the cybernetic head.
If you are looking for a robot driven action movie this will light up your diodes.
Itâs not a sophisticated or surprising plot that is going to tax your noodle and there are the usual stereotypical characters: the heartless baddy meany, the semi-reluctant hero, the morally torn nerds etc. which are all ingredients you want. It doesnât spend much time setting up the characters and gets you into the action briskly but itâs kinda fun with enough character development and credible acting to drive you along with a sense of care and forbidding.
I donât think this is too much of a spoiler; obviously it brings into question the morality of AI driven killing machines (hard not to) but also the ubiquitous robot film conundrum of becoming self aware. Hence the Chappie reference or iRobot or yes, all those other robot movies, even our beloved Terminator had a good hard look at himself! I am not sure this film needed to go there. The movie could have been cut a bit shorter I feel but generally keeps you engaged.
I understand this was an independent film, so congratulations to the makers, cast and crew. It is well crafted.
If you are an unashamed robot action movie fan (I am) this is a great movie. Highly enjoyable and entertaining.
Steamboat66 - Total GarbageReally this lame action film is one of the worst I have ever seen. There is nothing redeemable about this picture, everything is beyond terrible. I ended up skipping most of it just to put myself out of my misery.
dm501 - Superb movieThis Aussie gem feels and looks like movies with 100 times the budget. Rather than spending a ton on cgi though, they have great character development, plot, subplot and even asks some very deep questions on the way.
