In the near future, a popular uprising in Mexico City interrupts a wedding held at the home of a wealthy family. After the riots have been quashed, they discover the bride has gone missing and plea with the military to help locate her.

New Order haunted me for days...Believable, disturbing, tragic all come to mind when describing the experience of watching New Order. A great cast that were convincing as “real people” had me involved and on the edge of my seat. The juxtaposition of the servile and the privileged class was brilliantly portrayed without out being heavy handed or cartoonish. Lately, all the films that linger in my mind after viewing are not American films and New Order successfully haunted me for days..Score: 5/5
